Surface - Artesian warrants the interior of your spa against blistering, cracking and delamination -- a full five years for Platinum/Elite Class spas.

Plumbing Structure - Artesian warrant the materials for our factory-installed components -- jets, hoses, injectors, fittings -- for a full three years on parts and three years on labour on all Platinum/Elite Class spas.

Equipment/Controls - Platinum/Elite spas carry a three years on parts and three years on labour warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, and control systems.

Island Spas Warranty

South Seas Warranty

Structure - Artesian warrants against loss of water due to defects in the spa shell for a full 5 years.

Surface - Artesian warrants the interior of your spa against blistering, cracking and delamination -- a full five years for South Seas.

Plumbing Structure - Artesian warrant the workmanship and materials for our factory-installed components -- jets, hoses, injectors, fittings -- for one year & one year for labour.

Equipment/Controls - South Seas carry a one year warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, and control systems.
